How do I find out more information about the product?

In our description we provide as much information as we think most customers need. However, if there is something specific you would like to know, please send us an email with your question and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I arrange returns and refunds?

Here at Tesoros we endeavour to provide a personalised service as there’s nothing more satisfying than happy customers. However, if you receive an item that you wish to return please email us within 14 days and if the article is received by us in perfect new condition then we will refund your payment without question. However, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings.

How do I organise a home party or event?

If you live in the North East of England and have eight or more friends who would like to come along to a shopping event then we are happy to arrange this with you. Most successful are lunch events at weekends or Friday or Saturday evenings. In return you will receive 10% of all sales up to £200, 15% of sales up to £500 and 20% of sales beyond £500. Friends can buy and pay  with credit cards or cash at the party. We’ll even throw in a gorgeous additional gift as a special treat for the host.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Unless specified, we do everything we can to dispatch our goods within 48 hours.  We will keep you informed should your order take longer. The exception to this is the Carbotti handbag range. Your order will be sent to you directly from Italy but we will track it and keep you well informed as to its location and expected delivery date.
