Our mission, at Tesoros, is to ensure that clients are delighted with the gifts they buy.

We will exchange or refund any item, apart from earrings, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition within fourteen days of receipt. They must be pristine with no signs of wear or damage. If you return an item you may choose to ask for proof of postage from the post office. We are unable to pay for returned goods unless the item is damaged. We are unable refund items lost or damaged in return transit without proof that you have sent them. No refund will be initiated if goods are not received at Tesoros within 14 days. We will consider a credit note for up to 28 days or a little longer around the Christmas period.

If an item is damaged or not as ordered please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
